Supervisors encourage employees to participate in sporting events, diverse sports clubs, and wellness programs, fostering a habit of exercise among employees. Since 2015, we have continuously implemented workplace smoking prevention and health promotion activities, examining ourselves to establish a safe environment and promote a healthy workplace.
