- We have established a "Supplier/Subcontractor Management Procedure" requiring all suppliers to sign a Supplier Responsibility Commitment before cooperating, promising to comply with relevant national and local labor laws and social standards.
- The Procurement Department conducts an assessment at least once a year, using the "Supplier Social Responsibility Audit Form" to examine 60 items across five categories: labor, health and safety, environment, ethics, and management. Suppliers are required to cooperate with implementation and improvement efforts, and commit to complying with labor laws and regulations and social responsibility standards. Suppliers who fail to meet the company's environmental, occupational safety, and social responsibility management standards will have their contracts terminated or their supplier status revoked.
- Our company's primary export markets include EU countries. Therefore, we adhere to hazardous substance standards to ensure that materials comply with EU restricted substances regulations. This regulation requires suppliers to comply with RoHS, REACH, and PAHs regulations and submit testing reports or self-declarations from certified organizations to ensure safety to humans and minimize environmental risks.
- We conduct conflict mineral investigations on electronic materials from suppliers to confirm that they contain no conflict metals, including tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold, mined in eastern Congo and neighboring countries. We continuously monitor our supply chain's commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Each quarter, our procurement department proactively reviews website regulations for updates and investigates suppliers for re-signing.
- Regularly promote the importance of suppliers committing to environmental protection and safety and health efforts to implement corporate social responsibility.
