Dyaco is committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. To achieve this goal, we have established a corporate sustainable development committee with the chairman of Dyaco as its head. The committee will regularly report to the board of directors on the results of sustainable development. In 2024, Dyaco adopted sustainable development policies and implementation plans to set short-term, medium-term, and long-term sustainability goals.
Using 2021 as the base year, Dyaco conducted a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory for its main facilities in Changhua (Plants 1, 2, and 5) as well as its Taipei and Taichung offices in Taiwan. In 2024, Dyaco obtained third-party verification for its GHG inventory by ISO 14064-1. To align with future regulatory requirements set by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), Dyaco proactively designated 2024 as its new base year. The GHG inventory boundary was expanded to include all subsidiaries under the consolidated financial statements, covering the entire group. This proactive approach ensures the company is well-prepared to formulate effective emission reduction strategies, minimize environmental impact, and achieve its goal of net-zero emissions by 2050.
