Energy and Resource Management
Dyaco has established an "Energy Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Management Program" to manage and control the company's resources, energy usage, and greenhouse gas emissions. The goal is to reduce resource and energy consumption while minimizing greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible.
General Affairs Department
Responsible for the efficient use of resources and energy in production, monitoring major resource and energy consumption in production facilities, measuring and analyzing the company’s energy and resource metrics, and managing the usage of resources in administrative and office areas.
Related Responsible Departments
Ensures the achievement of energy and resource control targets and implements environmental management programs.
The control of resource and energy consumption includes:
1. Electricity and water consumption by production equipment.
2. Electricity consumption for lighting, heating, and cooling equipment in production and office areas.
3. Paper and office supplies consumption in administrative areas.
Control Measures
1. Develop reasonable operating procedures, use clean energy, and reduce energy consumption in equipment.
2. Adopt efficient transportation methods, promote green commuting, and minimize fuel consumption from vehicle operations.
3. Plan production processes carefully to improve production efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions per unit of product.
4. Enhance equipment maintenance to prevent gas leaks.
5. Actively promote sustainable operations, strengthen education and training, conduct environmental awareness campaigns, and boost employees' awareness of environmental protection.
